Marco Hausy - Audit Manager
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Audit Manager for the City of Fort Lauderdale and has held the position for seven years (January 2010 – Present). Mr. Hausy has over sixteen years of diversified audit, accounting, and finance experience in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to coming to the City of Fort Lauderdale, he worked in Audit and Management Services (AMS) for Miami-Dade County, Florida. Prior to working for Miami-Dade County, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Investment Management and Real Estate (IMRE) Assurance in Zurich, Switzerland. In addition, he started his career working for Deloitte & Touché LLP in Audit and Enterprise Risk Services (AERS) out of the South Florida offices.
Mr. Hausy earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Statistics from the University of Florida, while also serving in the United States Naval Reserves. In addition, Mr. Hausy earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in International Business and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
Gloria LeClaire - Assistant City Auditor II
Assistant City Auditor II for the City of Fort Lauderdale (April 2012 – present). Ms. LeClaire transferred to the City Auditor’s Office to apply her governmental expertise across an array of city departments.
Before coming to the City of Fort Lauderdale, Ms. LeClaire gained 26+ years of governmental accounting and budget experience while working her way up the ranks for the City of Plantation, Florida, as Accountant II, Finance Supervisor and Assistant Finance Director (November 1985 – January 2010) and as the City of Fort Lauderdale Finance Department Controller (January 2010 – April 2012).
Ms. LeClaire received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Florida International University in 1983, and became a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1990.
Eileen A. Reilly - Assistant City Auditor II
Ms. Reilly has been with the City Auditor for the City of Fort Lauderdale since February 2014 and holds the position of construction auditor. Ms. Reilly brings to the office 30 years of varied auditing and finance experience gained in both the public and non-profit sectors.
Prior to joining the City Auditor's Office, Ms. Reilly was the Chief Operating Officer for an affordable housing organization in Miami Beach and prior to that was the Business Manager for WLRN Public Radio and Television. In addition, Ms. Reilly started her audit career at the U.S. Government Accountability Office in New York City and went on to hold several positions within the City of New York including Audit Director.
Ms. Reilly holds a B.A. in social work from Curry College, Milton, MA as well as a Masters of Public Administration, with a focus on public finance, from NYU-Wagner School for Public Service.
Jonathan Frisard - Assistant City Auditor II
Mr Frisard is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Mr. Frisard graduated the University of Florida with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting and has 10 years of experience performing financial and operational audits from both external and internal perspectives, mostly in an audit management capacity. Audited industries include food and beverage, insurance, and government.
