Publishing and Mail

Print

The Publishing and Mail divisions of the Information Technology Services Department are responsible for printing the documents the City produces to inform our neighbors of City services, upcoming events, new initiatives, and other essential information.

Since 1951, the City has operated an in-plant Print Shop, Copy Center, and Mailroom to minimize costs and maximize quality and efficiency. The divisions help find solutions, both electronic and printed, to ensure all City departments receive needed graphic services and materials to better serve our neighbors.

A small team of dedicated employees can provide numerous benefits including consultations, proofing, design and form changes. The divisions also coordinate online business card orders; mail design guidelines; electronic certified letter submission and bulk purchasing of paper products. The streamlined services have improved quality and lowered overhead and postage costs. A new and recent investment in a modern digital press has helped meet the needs of our neighbors while maintaining the responsiveness, high quality, and ongoing cost-saving initiatives.

We strive for and provide City Departments and our neighbors with:

  1. Service
  2. Quality
  3. Value
  4. œExpertise
  5. œSecurity and confidentiality
  6. Cost-savings initiatives
  7. Green initiatives
