WebTrac™ Online Registration


WebTrac LogoThe City of Fort Lauderdale Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to introduce WebTrac™ Online Registration. This system will enable you to register your household members (family) and yourself online for many programs and activities offered by the department. While the number of programs available for online registration is limited during the initial launch, look for more activities to be added online in the coming months. What Can I Do with WebTrac™?

WebTrac™ allows everyone to:

  • Browse activity and pass membership listings
  • Search for activities by type, age range, location, and other criteria
  • Look up details about any activity, (e.g. prices, dates, times, locations, or even current enrollment numbers)

In addition, WebTrac™ allows registered individuals and households to:

  • Enroll for many of our classes, activities, and pass memberships
  • Check on class availability
  • Renew memberships
  • Print a transaction history
  • Reprint old receipts

However, WebTrac™ DOES NOT allow you to:

  • Register individuals from other households
  • Register children who do not meet the specific requirements for a class
  • Refund a class
  • Transfer to another class

Please note that:

  • Not all classes, activities, and passes are available for online registration
  • To print receipts from the WebTrac™ system, you must have Adobe Reader™ installed on your computer
  • The only accepted form of online payment is by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express only)

Using WebTrac™

If you only wish to view program activities, you may login as a Guest. However, to enroll in programs and pay online, you must register for an online account and receive a User Name and Password.

To apply for an account:

After applying, you will receive your User Name and Password in no more than five working days.

Once you receive your User Name and Password, you may LOGIN TO WEBTRAC™ >>.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a User Name and Password?
If you have previously enrolled in City of Fort Lauderdale Parks and Recreation classes, call 954-828-5346 to establish your account. If you are a new customer, you will need to visit one of the recreation centers listed above with your State of Florida identification card or driver’s license.

Why do I need to show my State of Florida identification card or driver’s license?
We use these to verify your identity and residency.

What if my identification does not have a Fort Lauderdale address (even though I am a resident)?
You can prove residency by some other means, such as a lease, utility bill, etc.

What if I have forgotten my Password?
If you have an e-mail address in the system and provided answers to the security questions (mother's maiden name, favorite sports team, etc.), we can e-mail your password to you. Just click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the WebTrac™ login screen. If you did not enter an email address or answer the security questions, please e-mail webtrac@fortlauderdale.gov.

What if I have forgotten my User Name?
Click the "Contact Our Office" link on the WebTrac™ login screen for assistance.

Are my transactions secure?
WebTrac™ uses a secure server with industry-standard encryption to process all transactions. (Please note: If you have any pop-up blockers installed, you will need to disable them, or make WebTrac™ a trusted site (https://ebiz.fortlauderdale.gov/webtrac/vsiwebtrac.html). If you do not, you will not be able to receive transaction receipts or view all the web pages properly.)

What credit cards do you accept for online payment?
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

What if I can’t find the program for which I'm looking?
In WebTrac™, go to "Search" > "Listings." All activities will be displayed. However, only programs that show a "Shopping Cart" icon are available for online registration.

What do the WebTrac™ icons mean?
The icons in WebTrac™ represent various functions. Below is a description of each:

Add the selected activity to your cart.

house

Display location information.

fees

Display the fees for the activity/facility.

count

Display enrollment counts.

info

Display the details for the activity.

glass

Display a facility photo, if available.

notice

Indicates that the item is not available.

down_arrow

Scroll down through the record results.

drill_down

Scroll down to the bottom of the results.

rewind

Return to the first page of records.

back

Step back one page of records at a time.

forward

Step forward one page of records at a time.

fast_forward

Jump to the last page of records.
