Free Open House at Aquatic Complex Will Offer Excitement for Entire Family and Feature Preview of Year-Round Facility Programming

Fort Lauderdale - The City of Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex will host a free open house for the entire family from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2009. Residents of all ages are invited to Family Fun Day to learn about all of the great activities and programs available at the facility for children, teens, adults and seniors!

Attendees can participate in a water aerobics class, try out for the Swim or Dive Team, swim laps in the heated pool or watch safety demonstrations. The event will also feature children’s activities and early bird registration for coveted spots in the Junior Lifeguard program and summer camp sessions.
