Scope of Work

Phase 1: Tennis Center Renovation, Athletic Field Lighting Upgrades

Phase 2: Baseball Field Shade Structures, Playground Replacement, Site Furnishings, Lighting, ADA Improvements, and Walking Trail Improvements

Phase 3: Splash Pad and Restroom Building

Phase 4: Pickleball Courts

Project Updates

  • Athletic field lighting replacement completed by the City of Fort Lauderdale.
  • Construction of JETC was to be completed in November 2025, with grand opening and ribbon cutting held on December 8th.
  • Phase 2 (playground and dog park) award received City Commission approval on Jan 20th, 2026. NTP for preconstruction activities is pending.
