The City's Information Technology Services (ITS) Department is building community in Fort Lauderdale by giving our neighbors new, efficient, innovative, and resourceful ways to access and participate in local government.

ITS is a centralized internal service department that provides technical resources (support, software, hardware, services, direction, and leadership) to all City departments. ITS delivers customer care, provides computers, telephones, radios, Intranet, Internet, electronic mail, telephones, radios, wireless and mobile communications, Web site, business software applications, desktop software applications, and training. High priority customer support is provided 7-days-a-week, 24-hours-a-day, year-round. The ITS group is responsible for all system implementations, security, and the tactical and strategic planning for technology solutions and services to support City functions and service delivery to our neighbors.
