Review Draft Ordinance and Potential Location Map
In 2016 Florida voters approved a constitutional amendment to legalize medical marijuana. The City of Fort Lauderdale is in the process of determining where medical Cannabis dispensing facilities can operate within city limits.
We invite neighbors to a public meeting to learn more and provide input on the draft ordinance under consideration, which will outline potential location and zoning requirements for future dispensing facilities.
