Join us as we honor the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at this annual march for nonviolence. The parade will take place on Monday, January 19 at 10:30 a.m. from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School at 591 N.W. 31st Avenue to Dillard High School at 2501 N.W. 11th Street. The Parade and Non-Violence March will be followed by a Peace Rally and live Battle of the Bands.
The Parade and Non-Violence March are organized by the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration Committee, Inc. (MLKCC), which is a Florida-based, volunteer-run, 501(c) 3, which seeks to promote the ideals and vision of Dr. King through celebration, education and advocacy.
