LIFEGUARD TRAINING

This course is for individuals who have interest in becoming a lifeguard. Course will include CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid and Lifeguard certifications.

PRE-REQUISITES: Participants must be at least 15 years old; swim 300 yards continuously; 20 yard swim retrieve 10-pound brick from a depth of 7-10 feet and swim 20 yards back within 1 minute, 40 seconds; and tread water for 2 minutes without using hands.

SESSION 2: Precourse: March 23 Monday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Course: March 24 - 27 Tue - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
