2015 Transportation Summit: StreetSmarts

2494 Transportation Summit 2015_Flyer_Final Web AddressThe StreetSmarts 2015 Transportation Summit is a regional event focused on creating streets that are safe, livable, connected, sustainable places for people of all ages and abilities. Topics for StreetSmarts include improving pedestrian and bicycle safety, aligning policy, stimulating behavior change, and sharing tri-county successes. StreetSmarts is being presented by the City of Fort Lauderdale, in partnership with Florida Atlantic University MetroLab, Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization, and Women in Transportation South Florida Chapter, Kimley-Horn, BCC Engineering, South Florida Commuter Services, HNTB, CTS Engineering, T.Y.Lin International Group, Atlantic Paving Company, HDR, and Kittelson & Associates, Inc.

Registration Information

STREETSMARTS IS SOLD OUT!

Registration for StreetSmarts has reached maximum capacity and is now closed. Since some registrants may cancel due to unexpected circumstances, we have started a waiting list. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please email your name, organization, email address, and phone number to cfanchi@fortlauderdale.gov.  As seats become available, they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Alternative Transportation Options

Why not consider an environmentally-friendly approach to getting to the StreetSmarts Summit? Leave your car at home or the office and either walk, bike, carpool, or take advantage of one of the many alternative modes of transportation below that will get you to the Summit. By doing so you'll save gas and energy, reduce traffic congestion, improve air quality, and avoid the hassle of sitting in traffic and finding parking.
