STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS & A1A RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY

Join Mayor John P. "Jack" Seiler and the Fort Lauderdale City Commission for the annual State of the City Address and Advisory Board Reception on Thursday, October 27 at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, located at 3109 E. Sunrise Boulevard on Fort Lauderdale Beach.  The event will include a networking reception at 5:30 p.m. to thank Advisory Board and Committee members for their volunteer service to the City.  A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m. to officially celebrate the completion of the State Road A1A project.  Mayor Seiler will deliver the State of the City Address at 7:00 p.m.  The speech will highlight many of Fort Lauderdale’s accomplishments during the past year and examine opportunities that lie ahead for the City.
