The City of Fort Lauderdale will host a presentation of the draft Central Beach Master Plan on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the W Hotel located at 401 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard at 5:45 p.m. Valet parking will be available on-site for $5. 

Fort Lauderdale neighbors are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA), consultants to the City, will present the draft update to the Central Beach Master Plan in two segments: (1) proposed streetscape improvements and (2) proposed building standards. The City is seeking public input to help adopt a framework of regulations that unifies the Central Beach vision and public realm.
