Colee Hammock Residential Parking Permit District Public Hearing

3690 TAM Colee Hammock Resdnt Parking_Postcard_May2017 WEB-1

The Transportation and Mobility Department is working with Colee Hammock property owners to designate the neighborhood as a Residential Parking Permit District (RPDD).

The Parking Services Division recently conducted a parking study and a property owner survey that confirms the Colee Hammock neighborhood meets the criteria for a RPDD. As a result, Parking Services is recommending that the City Commission designate the Colee Hammock neighborhood as a RPPD.

The City will hold a public hearing regarding the Residential Parking Permit District (RPPD) during the Commission meeting on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at Fort Lauderdale City Hall. The City Commission will hear public comments on the RPPD prior to voting on the designation. We invite all property owners in the Colee Hammock neighborhood to attend the meeting.

The Commission meeting agenda and any backup materials are available here.
