It’s time to make a difference! Join us on Saturday, April 27 for “Fort Lauderdale Cares Day,” a grassroots event that offers neighbors a chance to participate in more than 40 volunteer opportunities throughout the City. Projects include street and beach cleanups, neighborhood beautification, tree planting, painting, landscaping, maintenance, and more. Plus, donations of non-perishable food, toys, clothing, and books may be dropped off in the City Hall lobby now through April 26 during regular business hours. So pick a project, lend a hand, and help us work together to build community. By participating, officially recognized neighborhoods can earn 500 points toward future NCIP grants.
