LauderBuild, the City’s portal for online permitting & related services, is getting a new look! The change takes place on Friday, November 1. But don’t worry; during this transition, all services will remain available 24/7 for fast and convenient access.
 
With LauderBuild, you can:

• Make online payments
• Track permits & other City accounts
• Look up code enforcement case history & submit a complaint
• Apply for/renew your annual business tax license
• Register residential rental property
• Apply for permits
• Register as a new contractor or renew your paperwork with the City.

While some basic record searches do not require an account, there are additional benefits for registered users. In just a few simple steps with no associated cost, you’ll be able to see a complete history of your applications, get access to invoices and receipts, scheduling inspections, and more.
