Classification & Compensation

Classification & Compensation provides a wide range of services including:

  • Updating and maintaining the City’s Salary Plan and job descriptions
  • Conducting job audits
  • Conducting employment verifications
  • Implementing Salary changes as per bargaining agreements
  • Processing performance/merit reviews
  • Processing changes in employee’s records such as address changes and salary/position changes
