- Updating and maintaining the City’s Salary Plan and job descriptions
- Conducting job audits
- Conducting employment verifications
- Implementing Salary changes as per bargaining agreements
- Processing performance/merit reviews
- Processing changes in employee’s records such as address changes and salary/position changes
