Feedback could be in reference to complaints, compliments, inquiries, lost/ found, and suggestions. For complaints about a recent LauderGO! experience, please include details such as the route, date, time, and fleet number. This information will be helpful to us in taking the appropriate action. Please also provide your name and contact information if you would like to receive a response to your feedback or an update about your service request.
