With seven miles of shoreline, 300 miles of canal coastline, a flat topography, and shallow, porous aquifer, Fort Lauderdale is vulnerable to the effects of climate change and sea level rise. Through the citywide visioning process, residents told us they want to create a resilient and safe coastal community. Learn about the comprehensive approach the City is taking to strengthen resilience and bring the community vision to fruition.
Please note that one or more City of Fort Lauderdale Commissioners may be in attendance at the Open House meeting.
