The Education and Workforce Development Division is pleased to launch the Aflac Workforce Development Program which is designed to generate new employment and business opportunities as a provider in the insurance industry as an Aflac Benefits Advisor. This 26-week career readiness training program includes ongoing education and mentorship to prepare participants for state licensing and earning opportunities.

As a member of the Workforce Development Program, you'll learn how to:
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Perform a needs analysis to identify employer values, objectives and pain points.
- Recognize different buyer behaviors and overcoming common sales objections.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations for local businesses and municipalities.
- Provide customer service, enrollment and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
