An Intensive Level Architectural Resource Survey was conducted Rio Vista. Overall boundaries of Rio Vista are US-1 to the West, the Intracoastal Waterway to the East, the New River to the North and SE 12th Street to the South. Fort Lauderdale beach is easily accessible over 17th Street to the South or via Las Olas Boulevard. through downtown Fort Lauderdale to the North.
